Attorney Sam Briggs
Sam is a South Carolinian, and son of a lawyer, who grew up in Greenville, South Carolina. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Sam chose to attend Charleston School of Law. Sam was admitted to practice law in South Carolina and began working with his father litigating any case that came through the door. Although his career began in Greenville, SC, Sam moved to the “DMV” and spent most of his career litigating medical malpractice and personal injury cases in Washington, D.C. before returning to Charleston to launch Briggs Law Group.
Sam is a seasoned trial attorney with a proven track record in high-stakes litigation, focusing on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. Sam is driven by a simple but powerful mission: to give a voice to individuals and families facing life-altering harm while fighting for the accountability and compensation they deserve.
